What you will be doing;

 To lead a culture built to support the active growth and development of all
Randstad Sourceright and Randstad Enterprise Group Asia Pacific team
members. This includes governance, process and review of the performance
management capability within RSR/REG APAC
 Learning & Development strategy and training execution is a subset of Talent
Management and is focussed on achieving a learning culture supporting
growth mind-set for all Asia Pacific team members including but not limited to
data fluency.
 The Regional Talent Management Manager heads up the function responsible
for proving visibility into our future leaders while developing the skills of our
people and for ensuring the best-in-class quality delivery of learning and
development (L&D) programmes across Randstad Sourceright/Randstad
Enterprise Group Asia Pacific
 The role oversights country level HR activity pertinent to RSR Asia Pacific
 The role leads the designated team of Learning Ambassadors

To be successful in this role;
 5+ years in a senior L&D role or organizational development/management
consulting
 CIPD Member (essential)
 Coaching qualification (desirable)
 Psychometric profiling online tools (desirable)
 Demonstrates an appetite to learn and develop (essential)
 Displays learning agility
