Job Title: Knowledge Management Lead

Scope:

To assist in driving company profitability and long-term business relationships, through faultless process management, maintenance and implementation as well as innovation of existing delivery.

Reporting to:

Client Services Director

Job purpose:

  • To assist in the implementation of business processes, client engagements and internal projects, including any technology implemented. To assist the management of internal projects including oversight, tracking and reporting on project status and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Build, maintain and continuously improve process documentation to deliver exceptional experience.
  • To cultivate and maintain long term collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. To monitor work and evaluate results to ensure organizational objectives are met.

Main accountabilities:

The main accountability areas for this position are:

a)    Process Design, Implementation & Maintenance

  • Work with CSD and cross functional Stakeholders to map and design efficient business processes
  • Create process documentation to support new and existing processes
  • Implementation and training of new and existing business processes across all stakeholder groups
  • Continuous review and improvement of business processes
  • Maintain and update process documentation periodically and through continuous improvement
  • Scheduling and ensuring all business processes are delivered on time.

b)    Project Management

  • Monitor project milestones to ensure achievement of commitments
  • Monitor project implementation for standardized process and documentation
  • Enhance internal efficiency and effectiveness by utilizing a disciplined project management approach
  • Enhance internal efficiency and effectiveness by utilizing best practices project management tools
  • Internal Projects - Oversee centralized management of internal projects
  • Track and report on project status
  • Manage resources for delivering of RPO processes to the Client Services groups

c)     Reporting

  • Monitor SLAs and KPIs & Direct corrective action (if required) Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly
  • Report on and review Implementation SLAs and KPIs

Knowledge, skills and experience: Education

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or similar discipline
  • Preferred: PMP- Six Sigma or similar disciplines preferred

Experience

Minimum

  • 5+ years of experience in leadership involving process implementation and leading business transformation
  • Proven track record in innovative and forward thinking solutions
  • Ability to develop and manage project timelines; accurately estimate work effort; identify and secure needed resources; escalate conflicting priorities; influence team members and business leaders to successfully execute
  • Ability to build strong, effective relationships as a leader, team member, and Randstad resource
  • Excellent cross functional stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Strong business acumen, hardworking, high integrity and a strong desire to succeed
