University relations/Campus recruiter 3-4+ years of experience target any MNCs or consultancies like Career Net/Korn Ferry/Allegis who have the employee working for UR roles at any MNC This role will look after managing university relation including negotiating for premium slots, drives to be held at the universities, panel, etc In terms of career progression for this role- it may move onto an E2E role including stakeholder/client management depending on performance. Volume- 5000+ annually are hired Hybrid mode Location- Kadubeesanahali Budget- 11-12 LPA 1 year contract extendable
